We have international advanced testing equipment, combined with domestic and foreign testing methods. A variety biological testes can be conducted to meet the requirements of different countries for pet food. Doggyman invested heavily to introduce advanced production equipment. The raw materials of products are carefully selected, the production technology is strictly controlled and the production process is kept improving. We carry out comprehensive analysis and inspection on the outgoing products to ensure that each product meet the national standards.
  • Production Process in Line with International Quality Standard
    From raw material collection to production packaging and from detection to production, every link is strictly checked. Doggyman strictly follows the national standardized process and always adheres to the product "Quality and Safety" in the first place.
  • STEP1
    Raw Material Processing
    It remains frozen during processing to keep products fresh and secure. Add the processed meat into the seasonings and mix well.
  • Inspection!
    All raw materials will be unfroze in a thawing house with temperature management.
  • STEP2
    Molding and Heating
    Materials will be molded into an easy-to-use shape. High temperature heating has achieved the purpose of sterilization.
  • STEP3
    drying
    Check appearance after heating and cutting, put the meat passed the inspection into the dryer and adjust the moisture to the appropriate level.
  • STEP4
    packaging
    Visually check again after drying. In addition,check for metal contamination by using an inspection machine.
    Weighing with measuring instrument to ensure that the net weight of each pack reaches the standard.

    Check each pack with machine to see if the deoxidizer has been forgotten.
    Double check whether there are poor sealing, poor coding or printing problems.
  • STEP5
    Inspection and Check
    Each batch of products that passed inspection in the manufacturing process shall be inspected again
    Begin to perform microbiological inspection, product quality assurance comes from the company's own stringent testing directions.

    Distribution and Logistics Process
    Carefully pack the products that passed all inspections,then will be transported to and distributed by Logistics Center.
